Please take your time when reading our return policy.

Shipping Your Order: When you place an order with Music Stands Alone, we take pride in processing your order with speed and accuracy. All orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, or US Mail service are re-packaged in heavy duty packaging to ensure your products arrive in top condition.

Most products are normally processed within two bussiness days and generally ship the same business day. In some cases, orders may ship the following business day, especially orders placed during the weekend. "Some Items May Take Longer To Ship" In the event of a backorder, we will contact you via email and/or phone to inform you of the back order and the expected shipping date for your order. We charge actual freight rates and do no charge an additional handling fee. We ship orders via the most economical carrier of choice. Typically, we use UPS for ground shipments and either BAX Global, Yellow Exact Express or UPS for expedited air shipments.

SHORTAGES, ERRORS & Other
All shortages or errors must be reported to our office WITHIN 24 hours of receipt. Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20% of the purchase price, as determined by our cost of replacing the missing items including a processing fee for this labor-intensive process) or refusal of the return. Larger items and items that we ship directly from our vendors can be subject to a 35% restocking fee. This fee may apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a typical return. Customer will also pay the shipping back to us on all non-damaged returns.  (All Quik Lok Products and Wooden Stands are affected by this 35% restock fee)

Email Us for Return Authorization . Do not attempt this by phone, thank you. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in denial of credit. Please be sure that you have received all cartons you are signing for, and that none are damaged. A signature by you or your representatives signifies all merchandise was received.

Variations:

All items are subject to change without prior notification to the customer. Due to materials and stain variation some items my not appear as shown. i.e. wooden stands, etc. Music Stands Alone will accept returns in this instance but the shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

SHIPPING
Most shipping costs for repaired or replaced items to and from us to you will be shared. You agree to pay for shipping to us and we agree to pay for shipping of the repaired or replaced item back to you. We will give you the proper return address. Do not send any items back without Music Stands Alone sending you the proper return address. However some products due to the manufactures return policy, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. For Items Shipped To Alaska, Hawaii or out of the USA customer must call for a shipping quote before placing an order. Items will not be shipped without a quote. Refunds for placing an order to either state without a quote or for placing an order for a product advertised as "Back Ordered" will be minus a credit card fee of 3.5%.

FORCE MAJEURE
The company shall not be held responsible or in default under any contract or order or liable to anyone for any losses or damages arising from delay, inability or failure to fill orders or to perform its obligations caused by acts of God, force majeure, fire, flood, explosion, accident, strike or other labor trouble, the exercise of civil or military authority, scarcity of labor or materials, transportation difficulties, demand exceeding supply, voluntary or compulsory application of priority rationing, limitation of production or any regulations by governmental order, or any cause or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or resulting from any scheme of allocation among its customers in the event of shortage or delay.

CANCELLATION
No orders or sales may be cancelled without the consent of Music Stands Alone, Inc. At Music Stands Alone, Inc.'s option, cancelled orders are subject to payment of cancellation charges equal to all costs incurred by Music Stands Alone, Inc. up to the date of cancellation. SHIPPING WEIGHTS SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE. QUOTATIONS VALID FOR THIRTY (30 DAYS.) All accounts are past due after 30 days unless special arrangements have been made. All past due accounts will be charged a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% annual percentage) plus all legal fees incurred during the collection process.

DECLINED CREDIT CARDS
All declined credit cards are subject to a $5.00 service fee. DISCOUNTS: All discounts offered at the time of sale are contingent upon prompt payment as specified by the terms set forth above. Promotional discounts will be lost and billed back to the customer for invoices not paid within normal terms.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
Harmonicas, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws.

Music Stands Alone is not responsible for damage caused by any, carrying bag, case, stand or other item to any article supported by or carried by such device. On rare occasions surgical tubing used on some stands and or hangers may react adversely to some music instrument finishes. Music Stands Alone can not be held responsible for any consequential damage.
