This Stand Was Made With Musicians Who Travel In Mind
The Portastand Commoner is the big brother to the Portastand Minstrel. As far as dimensions go, the Commoner is the same sturdy stand as the Troubadour only without the patented cover. Like the Minstrel, the desk will lay flat and support a laptop computer, and even function as a table top desk without it's tripod. When in transport mode the tripod rests on the desk lip and is fastened securely by the tripod E-Z secure straps. What's more, the desk has a removable shoulder strap that fastens to the top two corners, making it conveniently portable.
