The Manhasset 2000 Acoustic Shield offers excellent hearing protection to musicians in larger ensembles without blocking the vision of musicians around you. The 2000 Acoustic Shield features a 22 inch high and 26 inch wide clear, durable Lexan polycarbonate top to deflect sound to protect musicians, such as musicians sitting in front of percussion sections, or to aid in directing sound to the audience, as with French Horn players. The Acoustic Shield has a height adjustment to 66 inches to allow protection to musicians while sitting or standing. The 2000 Shield folds to a height of 37 inches for easy storage and has a 1.5 inch ledge, allowing the shield to be used as a large desk music stand.
